Upcoming Events

Saturday, February 15th, from 5:30 pm – 7:45 pm

Nationwide Arena: 200 W Nationwide Blvd, Columbus, OH, 43215

Cinch World’s Toughest Rodeo is coming back to Columbus on February 15th to exploit animals for “entertainment.” Join us in standing up against cruelty to animals by peacefully protesting outside Nationwide Arena on Saturday, the 15th, from 5:30-7:45 pm. We may also leaflet afterwards.

We’ll gather outside at the Southeast Entrance (the corner of W Nationwide Blvd and N Front St).
This rodeo includes bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, bull riding, and barrel racing. The horses, bulls, and steer, often suffer broken ribs, backs, and legs, torn tails, punctured lungs, internal organ damage, ripped tendons, torn ligaments, snapped necks, and agonizing deaths.

More information on why rodeos are cruel can be found here: https://www.britannica.com/…/rodeo-cruelty-forget-the-myth
These animals did not sign up for this, and they deserve better.
Feel free to bring your own sign if you would like! We’ll be outside for over an hour so be sure to dress warm.
